This disclosure describes how Payroa, Inc. ("Payroa") and [Issuing Bank, N.A.] ("Bank") will provide communications to you electronically, as permitted by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-Sign Act").
1. Scope of communications
By accepting this disclosure, you agree that we may provide the following electronically: agreements and policies, including the Terms of Service and Cardholder Agreement; pay statements and tax forms such as Form W-2 and Form 1099; transaction records and account notices; and any other disclosures we are required to provide by law.
2. How we deliver communications
We will post communications in the Payroa app or dashboard, or send them to the email address on your account. Communications are considered received when posted or sent.
3. Hardware and software requirements
- A current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge, or the Payroa app on a supported iOS or Android device.
- A valid email address and internet access.
- Software that can open PDF files, and the ability to print or save documents.
4. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any communication at no charge by emailing support@payroa.org.
5. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Because the Services are delivered electronically, withdrawing consent may require us to close your card or limit your access to the Services. Withdrawal does not affect communications already provided.
6. Updating your contact information
Keep your email address current in the Payroa app or notify us at support@payroa.org.
